What happens during the programme
At Lindeborgs Eco Retreat, stepping away from daily demands creates the conditions for a different kind of attention. You step back from the pace of your role, work with a live leadership challenge you bring with you, and practise noticing what is shaping your responses. The programme combines reflection, embodied practice and peer dialogue to help new ways of seeing and leading become more available in real situations.
